Hi, i have submitted to Scheme's for redemption on 13 may 2014.
ReplyDeleteFolio number- 19722079923 and 59740780956. Today is 5-June-2014. It’s been 23 days and we are still waiting for the payment.
I was told on 13-may-2014 that you will receive payment in your account within next 4 days, I have filled both the redemption forms properly give a copy of my signed id proof as well as my IFSC code and MICR No. I have called many times to your toll free number but they are not aware about the case and they always promise me that they will arrange a call back But till today nobody contacted me.
When I called for the first time on 28-may-2014 i was surprised to know that you guys have not changed my address for which i gave my new address proof (voter id card, aadhar card) in April 2012.
Below are the names and complaint id's of the customer executives i have spoken, who said they will call me regarding my problem.
